Food Servers Notice: All off-base food vendors must have current license/permit to operate a food establishment from the city/county/state authority and current ServSafe certificate.

All food vendors from off- or on-base must have disposable gloves or appropriate utensils for serving food. They must have the proper means to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. They also must have means in place to keep the food covered when it isn't being served to prevent possible human or pest contamination. Hand sanitizer is acceptable for use but is not a substitute for proper hand washing especially in the event of gross contamination.

The Branch Medical Clinic, Preventive Medicine Technicians will provide
certification of all food vendors prior to the start of events.
